Easing you into the Beer Festival, we have DJ Sona B.
After years of record shop dwelling Shona B has gathered an eclectic haul ready to make any event pop! From Nigerian synths to Manchester post-punk and everything in between Shona B will take you on a tour of feel good sounds and rarities perfect listening for your Beer Festival soundtrack!
THE SEVEN INCHES (from 8pm)
We’re pleased to announce that The Seven Inches will be playing at LS6 Beer Festival on Friday 5 May.
The Seven Inches are a long-established cult indie pop/punk/rock/folk band from Leeds. They write catchy and rocking songs on topics ranging from relationships to lost items of clothing, and perform them with much gusto.
Trumpets, keyboards, massive guitar sounds and lots and lots of amusing and entertaining vocals.

BEER QUIZ WITH BEN RANDM
Entertainer Ben Randm will be hosting a special beer related edition of his quiz, Let’s Get Quizzical. This is a hugely popular quiz which takes places every Wednesday at White’s on Otley Rd. in Headingley.
With prizes to be won make sure you sign your team up to take part. You can expect four fun rounds packed with great questions alongside some quirky facts and topped off with Ben incorporating his Stand Up within it!
Ben is a multifaceted entertainer who is known for his engaging energy and is fast becoming one of the most sought after faces around. He’s a local lad to the area, he really is excited to be part of LS6 Beer Festival.
He’ll also be spinnin’ the sounds you’d expect to hear from his weekly Thursday night ‘Wonder Visions’ that take place at the recently refurbished ‘Milo’ where the music ethos is quite simply – Forget Genres & Recall Great Records.
For Saturday night ticket holders, you can get involved with the quiz if you like or do your own thing – it’s as relaxed and informal as always.
