Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Monday, repeating until December 17, 2018
Start your week by immersing yourself in your yoga practice in one of the most inspiring buildings in Leeds. This vinyasa class with Anna Hildreth is both energising and calming, restoring the balance of body and mind as well as improving strength and flexibility.
Please bring a mat along if you have one otherwise there will be a few available. All levels welcome.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class.
Anna believes that yoga is a philosophical life training and with practice, you can gain a sense of empowerment and inner stillness that transfers into every aspect of life.
Yoga and nature in harmony have led Anna down a delightful path of wakefulness, compassion, and contentment. In India, she lived a simple life of purity and tranquillity learning from Hatha and Ashtanga masters. With that breadth of experience, she soon discovered that she enjoys most the creativity of Vinyasa Flow. She believes in finding a harmonious relationship between energies and so her classes are both energising and calming, restoring the balance of body, mind, and spirit.
Anna is also a physiotherapist, her passion for the body’s capabilities and her anatomical knowledge enable her to interweave intelligent alignment cues into her sequences. Anna’s classes are focussed, meditative and leave you feeling calmer, healthier, happier and in love with yoga!
