Talking Histories: The Adelphi
March 15 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm£5
Join us for an evening of history as we shine a light on The Adelphi in Leeds City Centre and the Garden Gate in Hunslet, both architecturally interesting public houses from the Victorian Age. Our speaker will reveal fascinating, little-known facts about both buildings, the people who frequented them and how they’ve managed to remain open in the 21st Century.
It will be an informal evening with the opportunity to ask questions. The bar will be open for drinks and bar snacks.
Doors open at 7:30pm and the talk starts at 8pm.
Tickets are £5 or £4 conc. available here.
