We are delighted to announce a new call for submissions for our upcoming spring Exhibition at Left Bank! We invite artists of all backgrounds and disciplines to explore the theme of HOME—what it means to you, the memories it holds and the hopes it inspires. How does home feel as the environment around us is rapidly changing?
This exhibition welcomes personal reflections, broader social commentaries, and imaginative interpretations of what home is and can be.
More About Our Theme…
Home is more than just a place—it’s a feeling, a memory, a place of safety or not and for many, an aspiration. It can be shaped by family, culture, environment or personal experiences. In this call out we welcome all perspectives that explore the many dimensions of home. Your work can be deeply personal or address wider social themes... what you choose to explore is completely up to you!
This exhibition is closely connected to our Radical Reading Room, a monthly meet up group at Left Bank exploring themes in print in partnership with Pluto Press. The book choice inspiring this new exhibition for April is Unlocking Sustainable Cities by Paul Chatteron. To learn more about the book and its themes for inspiration check out Pluto Press HERE
