Are you an experienced hooker?

We are looking for some serious crochet addicts to help us create some fabulous handmade Christmas decorations to sell at our December markets, raising funds for Wheatfields Hospice in Headingley.

If you have visited Left Bank on Wednesday evenings, you will know we have a fabulous melting pot of creativity on the go - break dancers, painters, writers and knitters - anything goes on Wednesdays! Tucked away in the corner (and hogging the comfy sofas!) you will find an awesome group of crafters knitting and crocheting at speeds most of us can only dream of!

This lovely bunch has a plan to host fund-raising stalls at five seasonal markets at Left Bank this December but they need some help! If you would like to come along and have a social crafting session dedicated to making colourful decorations then we would love to see you. We will supply all the materials, patterns and good company! Of course if you are a knitter, you are also welcome and we will provide the kit for you too!

If you'd like to get involved but can't join us on Wednesday evenings - lets us know and we can send some supplies out to you so you can help too.

You don't need a ticket - just turn up between 6.30 and 8.30pm any Wednesday in November to get involved! The cafe bar at Left Bank will be open all evening too so plenty of cake on offer (we will chuck in a cuppa free of charge to say a big thank you for getting on board).
